DARTMOUTH, Mass. -- Sophomore quarterback Alex McLaughlin (Littleton, Mass.) rushed for three touchdowns to lead the Bridgewater State University football team to a 34-13 victory over UMass Dartmouth in a Massachusetts State Collegiate Athletic Conference (MASCAC) contest on Friday night at Cressy Field.

BRIDGEWATER, Mass. -- The Bridgewater State University Athletics Hall of Fame Committee has announced the members of its 21st induction class to be enshrined during Homecoming Weekend in October. Shannon Manning ?10, Dan Maurer ?00, Tara (Dolan) Morano ?92, Mike Quinn ?06, Angela Vecchione ?09 and Leon Weinstein ?70 will officially enter the Hall on Friday, October 23, 2015.

Field Hockey Blanks Worcester State, 2-0
BRIDGEWATER, Mass. ? Freshman midfielder Samantha Hayes (Norwood, Mass.) and sophomore forward Tori O?Dea (South Dennis, Mass.) each scored to lead the Bridgewater State University field hockey team to a 2-0 shutout over visiting Worcester State University in Little East Conference action on Wednesday night at Swenson Field. Notes: Field, Kiely and Hayes all extended their point scoring streaks to four games. During that span, Field has recorded five goals and two assists, Kiely four goals and two assists, and Hayes two goals and two assists.
