MASCAC Football Fan Play of the Week - Week 6

WESTFIELD, Mass. -- The MASCAC Football Play-of-the-Week highlights the top plays from each conference game of the weekend, and asks fans to vote on their favorite. 

The nominees from Week 6 are embedded below. Watch each highlight, and vote for the play that you think is the MASCAC Football Play-of-the-Week on the MASCAC Twitter account (https://twitter.com/mascacsports)! Voting is open until Wednesday at 2 pm. The vote totals and the winning play will be announced Wednesday on the MASCAC website and social media sites.

 

Play No. 1 - Bridgewater State 

Down 7-6, Bridgewater State quarterback Stefano D'Emilia finds an open Nathan Ellis who races step for step with the defender 90 yards to the endzone for the go-ahead touchdown in the Bears' victory.

Play No. 2 - Framingham State

Framingham State quarterback Adam Wojenski heaves a pass to William Jean who then stiff arms the defender before being tackled in the endzone for the 62 yard score in the Rams' win.

Play No. 3 - Western Conn. State

With the defense all around him, Western Conn. State quarterback David James scampers before releasing a pass 28 yards to the endzone and open Nick Kimball for the touchdown in the Colonials' victory.

Play No. 4 - Westfield State 

Westfield State quarterback Evan Garvey fires off a pass between several defenders to Andrew Peltier who turns and streaks past the defense 39 yards for the touchdown.
