Three MASCAC Student-Athletes Earn ECAC Weekly Honors
Eric Ouellette of Fitchburg State, Lizzie Taylor of Westfield State and Mia Rogers of Worcester State have earned Eastern College Athletic Conference weekly honors as announced by the conference this week.

Eric Ouellette of Fitchburg State, Lizzie Taylor of Westfield State and Mia Rogers of Worcester State have earned Eastern College Athletic Conference weekly honors as announced by the conference this week.
Ouellette was named the ECAC DIII New England Men's Cross Country Runner of the Week, Taylor the DIII New England Volleyball Rookie of the Week and Rogers the DIII New England Women's Cross Country Rookie of the Week. Earlier this week, they all earned MASCAC weekly accolades as well.
Ouellette placed 58th overall with a time of 25:39.5 at the New England Intercollegiate Amateur Athletic Association Cross Country Championships in Boston’s Franklin Park last weekend, an event that featured runners from Division I, II and III.
Taylor averaged 20.25 digs and earned All-Tournament honors at the Tom Hay Invitational Tournament for the Owls. The freshman tallied 33 digs in the 3-2 setback against Eastern Connecticut State University, 29 digs in a 3-1 loss to Keene State and 16 in a 3-0 loss to Amherst College.
Rogers placed 18th with a 5K time of 19:23 at the James Earley Invitational and helped the Lancers to a 12th place team finish.
