Ryan Flaherty and Jamie Luna of Bridgewater State along with Hunter Dean of Mass. Maritime earn the MASCAC Baseball Player, Rookie and Pitcher of the Week accolades.

Flaherty batted .524 (11-21) with three home runs, three doubles, four walks, two stolen bases, ten runs and 13 RBI in a 6-1 week for the Bears. Also posted a .556 on base percentage as well as a 1.095 slugging percentage. Went 3-for-6 with a home run, a double, a walk, a sacrifice fly, four runs and four RBI in a MASCAC sweep of Mass. Maritime; 7-for-12 with a home run, two doubles, a walk, two stolen bases, five runs and eight RBI as the Bears swept a three-games MASCAC series with MCLA; and 1-for-3 with a home run and two walks in a 14-11 setback to Wentworth. |

Pitcher of the Week |

Dean tossed a complete game two-hitter with 11 strikeouts, including seven in a row at one point, in the Bucs 2-1 win over Framingham State. He allowed only two hits and one walk and gave up one run in his seventh win on the mound this season. |

Rookie of the Week |

Luna batted .455 (10-22) with a home run, four doubles, a triple, a walk, a stolen base, 11 runs and 10 RBI in a 5-1 week for the Bears. Was also hit by a pitch twice and posted a .500 on base percentage as well as a .864 slugging percentage. Went 5-for-10 with a home run, three doubles, a walk, a sacrifice fly, two HBP, six runs, and five RBI as the Bears swept a three-game MASCAC series from MCLA. Also went 3-for-5 with a double, a stolen base, three runs and an RBI in a 14-11 setback to Wentworth; and 2-for-7 with a triple, two runs and four RBI in a MASCAC sweep of Mass. Maritime. |
