Burbank batted .417 (5-12) with three doubles, two home runs, 10 RBI, six runs scored, three walks, a 1.167 slugging and .529 on-base percentage in a 3-1 week for the Rams. Went 3-for-5 with a double, two home runs, four RBI, two walks and five runs scored in the doubleheader sweep of Fitchburg State. Had a double, four RBI, a walk and run scored in the 11-1 win over Gordon. |
Pitcher of the Week
Jake Boucher, Salem State
Graduate, Pitcher, Wallingford, Conn.
Boucher threw a two-hit shutout in his first career start, retiring 22-of-24 batters with
seven strikeouts and no walks in the Vikings’ 7-0 victory over MCLA. He struck out five
straight at one point to improve to 3-1 on the year.

Loughren hit .600 (6-10) with two home runs, eight RBI, three runs scored, 1.200 slugging percentage and .545 on-base percentage in a 2-1 week for the Bucs, including a grand slam in the 7-3 win over Worcester State. Went 3-for-4 with home run, two RBI and a run scored in the 9-3 win over Worcester State. |
