Silva completed 21-of-30 passes for 253 yards with three touchdowns and no interceptions in the Rams’ 27-17 win over Bridgewater State. Clinched the MASCAC regular season title and the league’s first automatic qualifier into the NCAA Tournament. Set a new Framingham State single season touchdown mark with 35 on the season.
McCarthy made a career-high 14 total tackles, including 12 solo stops and 4.5 tackles for a loss of 15 yards, while registering a pair of sacks (nine yards lost), his first career interception (10 yard return) and two quarterback hurries in the Buccaneers’ 48-27 victory over Plymouth State.
Drumgole caught eight passes for 172 yards (21.5 yards averaged) and one touchdown in the Panthers’ 48-27 loss to Massachusetts Maritime. Also gained 69 yards on five kickoff returns, including a long of 29 yards that set up a Plymouth State touchdown.
