Chris Haggerty Massachusetts Maritime
Junior • Quarterback • Cohasset, Mass.
Haggerty completed 26-of-42 pass attempts for 321 yards and a pair of touchdowns (70, 5), including the game-winning five yard scoring strike with 27 seconds remaining in the Buccaneers’ 24-21 victory over Westfield State. Threw for all 56 yards and converted four third down opportunities on game-winning drive, including 3rd-and-goal situation on game-winner. Accounted for 60 percent of team’s 538 total yards in triumph.
Joe Esposito

Junior • Defensive Tackle • Hackettstown, N.J.
Esposito collected six tackles (five solo), an interception, a forced fumble, a sack for a loss of six yards, two tackles for a loss of eight yards and a blocked PAT in the Panthers’ 29-23 double overtime setback to Bridgewater State. Forced a fumble on the Panthers 22 yard line with 1:31 to play in the fourth quarter to stop the Bridgewater State drive. His interception came in the first four minutes of the game and set up PSU’s first touchdown and blocked an extra point with BSU within one in the third quarter.
Christopher Ludwig Fitchburg State

Ludwig hit a 21 yard field goal which held up as the game-winner while also going 2-for-2 on PATs and punted seven times for 259 yards for an average of 37 yards per punt with two punts inside the 20 in the Falcons’ 17-14 win over Western Connecticut State.
Kern registered a career-high 15 total tackles, including 11 solo stops, and three sacks for losses of 17 yards in the Buccaneers’ 24-21 victory over Westfield State.
