For the first time this season, the Fitchburg State Falcons have received the most votes in the MASCAC Football Fan Play of the Week voting.

Fitchburg State lept out to an early lead when the voting opened on Monday. Plymouth State came close, but the Falcons were too much, receiving 53 percent of the vote while the Panthers collected 29 percent. Framingham State and Westfield State were also nominees this week.

During this week's winning play, after some pressure on the Bridgewater State quarterback, Cyrick Watford forces a fumble then scoops it up, taking it 83 yards for the touchdown in the Falcons' 31-29 victory. Video of the winning play can be found below.
