UMass Dartmouth Earns Most Votes in the MASCAC Week 6 Football Fan Play of the Week Poll
For the first time this season, UMass Dartmouth has come out on top in the MASCAC Football Fan Play of the Week voting which is done each week throughout the football season.
For the first time this season, UMass Dartmouth has come out on top in the MASCAC Football Fan Play of the Week voting which is done each week throughout the football season.
UMass Dartmouth jumped out the a quick lead when the poll first opened on Tuesday. They had smooth sailing to their first top spot on the season with a whopping 63 percent of the vote. Massachusetts Maritime was next with 12 percent while Framingham State and Westfield State tied with 11 percent of the vote, respectively.
In this week's winning play, UMass Dartmouth quarterback Jace Pena finds Abbi Bamgbose streaking across the field then he turns on the jets, outracing the Curry defenders for the 61 yard touchdown score.
