Kaleigh Murphy and Kacey Curran of Westfield State along with Kaitlyn Tello of Framingham State take home the first MASCAC Field Hockey Offensive, Rookie and Defensive weekly awards of the season.

Offensive Player of the Week |

Murphy registered a hat trick in the Owls’ season-opening 10-0 win over Gordon, moving her into 10th place on the Owls all-time points list. Talled the second and third goals of the conference to secure the Owls first victory of 2025. |

Defensive Player of the Week |

Tello made 15 saves with a .938 save percentage and 1.00 GAA in the Rams’ 5-1 win against UMass Dartmouth while facing 18 penalty corners. |

Rookie of the Week |

Curran was in the middle of the action on offense as she tallied her first collegiate goal and an assist in helping the Owls to a 10-0 win over Gordon in the season opener, helping propel Westfield into the Championship game of the Caryl Newhof Classic at Smith College. |
