Zuber tallied four goals and two assists for 10 points in a perfect 2-0 week for the Bears. Notched the game-tying goal in the fourth quarter in the Bears’ 2-1 MASCAC overtime win on the road over Fitchburg State. Recorded a hat trick and dished out a pair of assists in a dominant 10-1 conference victory over Salem State. |

Defensive Player of the Week |

Gniadek made nine saves with a 0.50 GAA and .900 save perecentage in a 2-0 week for the Owls. Was credited with the shutout, needing just two saves to keep Framingham off the board in Tuesday’s 2-0 win, then made seven saves, surviving a late barrage from the Lancers in a 2-1 win over Worcester State, keeping the Owls unbeaten in conference play this season. Curran continued a fine start to her Westfield State career with a point in each game this week, netting an assist in the Owls 2-0 win at Framingham State, and netting the first goal of the day for the Owls in Saturday’s 2-1 win over Worcester State. Weekly Report 9/22 |
