Kwame Lee of Fitchburg State and Alex Santos of Worcester State are the MASCAC Men's Basketball Player and Rookie of the Week honorees. This is the fourth straight rookie honor for Santos.

Kwame Lee Lee averaged 15.5 points, 10 rebounds, three steals, two assists and two blocks while shooting 50 percent from the field (6-12) in a 1-1 week for the Falcons. Tallied 18 points, nine rebounds, three blocks, two assists and a steal in the 85-77 win over Bridgewater State and 13 points, 11 rebounds, five steals, two assists and a block in the 93-81 setback to Worcester State.

Santos registered a career-high 32 points and broke a Worcester State All-Time record in three point shots made in a single game in the 93-81 victory rover Fitchburg State. He drained nine 3-pointers (69 percent) from behind the arc while adding two assists, two rebounds, a steal and a block in the win. |
