Worcester State's Cali Brouillard and Peyton Maloney along with Audrey Gauthier of Framingham State take home the MASCAC Softball Player, Pitcher and Rookie of the Week accolades.

Brouillard batted .375 (3-8) with a double, four RBI, three walks, two runs scored and a stolen base to help the Lancers to the MASCAC Tournament title. Had a hit and run scored in the first round and quarterfinal wins over MCLA and Framingham State. Knocked in three RBI with a double and two walks in the 5-3 championship win over Framingham State. |

Pitcher of the Week |

Maloney earned MASCAC Tournament MVP honors after going 2-0 over 16 innings with a 1.31 ERA, nine strikeouts and three earned runs for the Lancers. In the quarterfinal win over Westfield State, she had five strikeouts no earned runs on five hits. In the title game Sunday, she threw a complete game, giving up one earned run and seven hits withtwo strikeouts to lead the Lancers to their first tournament crown since 2016.

Rookie of the Week |

Gauthier went 2-2 over 22.2 innings with a 2.16 ERA, 24 strikeouts and seven earned runs for the Rams during the MASCAC Tournament. Pitched in every game, including 6.2 innings with six strikeouts and seven hits in the 11-5 quarterfinal win over Salem State. Came right back and threw a complete game with eight strikeouts and one earned run in the 2-1 win over Westfield State to advance them to the title game. Weekly Report 5/12 |
