Jennie Lindland of Bridgewater State and Britt Herring of Worcester State have earned the MASCAC Women's Basketball Player and Rookie of the Week honors.

Jennie Lindland Lindland averaged 20.5 points, six rebounds, 1.5 assists and five steals while shooting 67 percent (18-27) from the floor in a 2-0 week for the Bears. Tallied a career-high 23 points on 10-of-12 shooting to go along with six rebounds and two steals in the 82-72 win over Salem State. Notched 18 points, six rebounds, two assists and eight steals in the 74-64 victory over Worcester State. |

Herring averaged 17.5 points and 9.5 rebounds in a 1-1 week for the Lancers. Had a game-high 19 points and nine rebounds in the 47-29 win over Fitchburg State, and then registered a double-double of 16 points and 10 rebounds in the setback to Bridgewater State. |
