Kaitlyn Berkel of Worcester State claims her first MASCAC Women's Basketball Player of the Week honor while Kyra Rose of Fitchburg State earns her fifth Rookie of the Week accolade of the season.

Kaitlyn Berkel Berkel averaged a double-double of 18.5 points and 10 rebounds with 2.5 blocks and 2.5 steals while shooting 55% (16-29) from the field in a 2-0 week for the Lancers. Tallied 17 points and 10 rebounds with three blocks in the 63-54 win over MCLA and then scored a team-best 20 points and 10 rebounds in the 63-56 win over Salem State. . |

Rose averaged 33 points, six rebounds, 2.5 assists and 2.5 steals in a pair of contest for the Falcons. Netted a game-best 27 points (8-for-16), eight rebounds, five assists, three steals and one block in a setback to Westfield State before tying a Fitchburg State single game points record with 39 points to go along with four boards and two steals in a 71-58 setback to Colby-Sawyer College. |
