The Worcester State duo of Lily Gendron and Hannah Erickson claim the first MASCAC Women's Lacrosse Player and Rookie of the Year after opening their season with a win.

Gendron led the way with three goals and three assists in the Lancers’ 12-4 win over Smith College to open the season. Grabbed three draw controls and picked up a pair of ground balls while causing a turnover, and fired six of her eight shots on goal, scoring on three of them. |

Erickson contributed across the board in the Lancers’ 12-4 win over Smith College to start their season. Scored twice and set up one goal while also grabbing two ground balls and causing a pair of turnovers in the win. |
