Forbes recorded the game-winning goal in the Lancers’ 2-1 win over Salem State to remain atop the MASCAC standings.

Defensive Player of the Week
Ella Gumienny, Worcester State
Junior, Goalie, Douglas, Mass.

Gumienny recorded 22 saves in a 1-1 week for the Lancers with a 1.50 GAA and a .880
save percentage. Made nine saves in the 2-1 win over Salem State. Added 13 more in
the 2-0 setback to Eastern Conn. State.

First Year, Midfield, West Boylston, Mass.

DeMember tallied a goal and assist in a 1-0-1 week for the Owls. Scored the first
goal of the match in the 2-2 tie on the road at UMass Boston, and added an assist on
the tying goal in the 1-1 tie with Framingham State, staying unbeaten in league play
with a 4-0-2 mark against the MASCAC.
