Kiara Abrantes and Savana Malo of Bridgewater State along with Makany Camara of Fitchburg State claim the MASCAC Women's Indoor Track and Field weekly accolades.

Abrantes placed seventh (first among DIII sprinters) in the invitational 400-meter dash with a BSU indoor record time of 55.49 seconds at the John Thomas Terrier Classic hosted by Boston University. Eclipsed her own previous indoor standard of 55.78 seconds set last year at the Bruce Lehane Scarlet and White Invitational. Also finished 11th in the invitational 200-meter dash with a PR of 24.74 seconds. Currently ranks second in all of Division III in the 400 and first in the East Region. |

Camara took top honors in the high jump with a DIII New England qualifying mark of 1.63 meters, while placing second in the long jump with a mark of 4.92 meters. In addition, Camara finished first overall in the 60 meter hurdles with an All-NE qualifying time of 8.96 seconds for the Falcons at the 2026 Mary Grinaker Invite, hosted by Smith College on Saturday. Malo captured top honors in the long jump with a career-best leap of 5.27m this past weekend at the RCC Tigers Open held at the Reggie Lewis Center. Also placed second in the 200-meter dash with a personal-best time of 26.92 seconds and third in the 60-meter dash with a finals time of 8.27 seconds (PR of 8.26 seconds in the preliminaries).
