Anna Szymanski of Framingham State and Stephanie Sardella of Fitchburg State earn the MASCAC Volleyball Player and Rookie of the Week after helping their team to non-conference wins last week.

Szymanski averaged 10.5 kills and 10.3 digs per match in a 2-2 week for the Rams. Tallied 16 kills and 10 digs in the 3-1 win over Emmanuel College and added 15 kills, 14 digs and three aces in the 3-1 win over Husson University. Finished with 12 digs, seven kills and an ace in the 3-0 setback to Western New England University. |

Rookie of the Week |

Sardella posted 25 kills, four service aces, 37 digs, three assists and one solo block in a 1-2 week for the Falcons. Totaled five kills, one service ace and seven digs in a setback to Fisher College before adding six kills, two assists, one service ace, 13 digs and one solo block in a loss to Nichols on Saturday. Finished week, posting 14 kills, two service aces and 17 digs in a 3-2 triumph over Curry College. |
