Westfield, Mass. —  Natalie Reynolds of Framingham State and Katherine Crateau of Worcester State earn the 2025 MASCAC Offensive Player and Defensive Player of the Year honors. The duo headlines the 2025 All-Conference team which is selected by the nine coaches from around the conference prior to the conference tournament. 

 

Reynolds, a junior from Beverly, Mass., added another trophy to her case, earning MASCAC Offensive Player of the Year for the second straight year. This season for the Rams, she led the conference with 438 kills, 3.71 per set and 1,085 total attacks. She was second in hitting percentage at .279, fourth in solo blocks with 16 and fifth with 51 total blocks while adding 85 digs and 34 service aces. In 22 matches during the regular season, Reynolds had double-digit kills, including a season-high 22 in the 3-1 win over Thomas (ME). Her kill numbers this season also put her over the career 1,000th kill mark for her time with the Rams. 

 

Libero Crateau was named MASCAC Defensive Player of the Year after the sophomore from N. Andover, Mass.,  finished second in the MASCAC with 477 digs and 654 receptions with third-most digs per set at 4.54. She also recorded 95 assists and 36 service aces. Crateau collected double digit digs in 26 matches this season, including a school record 48 in the match against Framingham State. 

 

Claiming the 2025 MASCAC Rookie of the Year honors is Kaelynn Greeley of MCLA. The freshman from Corona Calif., closed out her first year with the Trailblazers fourth in the conference with 221 kills, seventh in kills per set with 2.63 and 10th in hitting percentage with .217. She also tallied 36 service aces, 167 digs and nine total blocks over 25 matches. In the win over Fitchburg State, Greeley had a season-high 21 kills with a .465 hitting percentage, 10 digs and three aces.   

 

After leading the Bears to the MASCAC Regular Season title and top seed in the MASCAC Tournament, Tony daSilveira Jr. of Bridgewater State has been voted the 2025 BSN Sports Volleyball Coach of the Year for the second straight year.

 

Joining Reynolds and Crateau on the All-Conference First Team are Ava Crane and Lily Welch of Bridgewater State, Elizabeth Brown of MCLA and Lauren Carnes and Morgan Dority of Westfield State.

 

Earning a spot on the MASCAC Second Team All-Conference are Charlotte Sullivan of Bridgewater State, Stephanie Sardella of Fitchburg State, Stella Bailey of Framingham State, Shayla Narodowg and Holly Sanders of Mass. Maritime and Kailey Roche and Presley Shairs of Salem State.
