MASCAC Women's Cross Country Weekly Awards 10/17
After running their 6k races over the weekend, Naomi Cass of Bridgewater State and Kate Buban of Framingham State claim the MASCAC Women's Cross Country Runner and Rookie of the Week accolades.

Cass placed seventh out of a field of 238 runners at the Suffolk Invitational held this past weekend at Franklin Park in Boston. Covered the six-kilometer course in a time of 23:22.7 as she helped the Bears finish eighth in the team standings. |

Buban was the Rams top finisher as she completed the 6K course in 14th at the Western New England Invitational with a time of 25:33 which was just three seconds behind the runner ahead of her in the standings. |
