The Bridgewater State Bears have earned their first Massachusetts State Collegiate Athletic Conference Football Fan Play of the Week award of the 2015 season.

Bridgewater State started out strong when voting open on Monday afternoon and maintained the lead despite Fitchburg State's best efforts to repeat this week. The Bears nabbed 52 percent of the voting while the Falcons came in right behind with 38 percent. Western Connecticut State and Westfield State were also nominees this week.

In their win over Western Connecticut State, Bridgewater State's Carlton Williamson field a bouncy kick off then breaks from the Western Connecticut defenders and out races them 77 yards for the score. Video of the play can be found below.
