Silva completed 28 of 45 with five touchdowns for 450 yards in the Rams’ 39-34 come from behind victory over Western Connecticut. Led the game winning drive for a touchdown with 34 seconds left to secure the victory. Tossed touchdowns of 9, 9, 32, 50 and 20 yards.
Pierce rushed for 202 yards on 33 carries (6.1 per attempt) and scored a school record-tying four touchdowns on runs of 51, 7, 14 and 30 yards, with the latter proving to be the game-winner as the Buccaneers rallied from a 21-point second quarter deficit for the 35-31 victory at Worcester State.
Corkery registered eight total tackles (three solo), a pass break-up and a key fourth quarter interception as the Buccaneers rallied from a 21-point second quarter deficit to post a 35-31 victory at Worcester State.
Chris Ludgwig Fitchburg State
Junior • Kicker • Fort Myers, Fla.
Ludwig went 5-for-5 on extra point attempts, while punting six times for 204 yards for an average of 34 yards per punt in the Falcons’ 35-3 win over Bridgewater State.
