DELPERO NAMED ECAC PLAYER OF THE WEEK 

CENTERVILLE, MA, Jan. 29, 2007 - Fitchburg State College women's basketball senior guard D'yana Delpero (Peabody, MA) was named the ECAC New England Division III Player of the Week on Monday, January 29.
Behind Delpero's 22.0 points per game last week, Fitchburg State went a perfect 3-0 and extended its current winning streak to 16 games.

She knocked down 44.0-percent of her shots from 3-point range, while collecting four assists, four steals and one block in the three wins.

Delpero poured in 25 points in a win over Framingham State, then added 19 points in the Falcons' victory over Bridgewater State in a battle of conference unbeatens.
